I topped up my Personal Account balance, but the funds have not yet arrived, what should I do?

Replenishment of your personal account occurs after 3 confirmed transactions in the BTC network. You can check the status of your transaction on the btc.com website, there is a counter for the number of confirmations on the network. If you topped up your balance and after 3 confirmations in the BTC network the funds did not arrive to the balance of your Personal Account, please do not worry and contact our support team, we will definitely help you solve this problem.
