If you have lost your smartphone with the two-factor authentication (2FA) application, follow these steps to regain access to your Personal Account:

- Check backup codes: When setting up 2FA, you might have received backup codes. These codes can be used instead of an authentication app. Find them and use them to enter.

- Contact support: If you do not have backup codes or access to email, please contact our support team. Be prepared to provide information to verify your identity (such as recent account activity, previous payments, etc.).

- Recovery via a backup device: If you have added 2FA to another device (such as a tablet or another smartphone), you can use it to generate authentication codes.

- Beware of scams: Make sure you contact the official support team. Avoid suspicious links and do not provide personal information on questionable sites.

In the future, it is recommended to store backup codes in a safe place and use multiple devices for 2FA (for example, a smartphone and a tablet) to avoid such situations.
